What we collect
When you join early access, we collect the email address and optional Etsy shop name you provide. When the service opens, Pickup Pilot may also process shop, order, shipping-label, pickup-address, and USPS pickup information needed to provide the service.
How we use it
We use this information to manage the waitlist, send launch and service messages, connect your shop, schedule requested carrier pickups, provide support, prevent misuse, and improve Pickup Pilot.
Advertising and analytics
We use the Meta Pixel to measure visits from our Facebook and Instagram advertising and to record when an early-access form is completed. The event does not include the email address or Etsy shop name entered in the form. Meta may use cookies or similar technologies according to its own privacy terms and your account or browser settings.
Sharing
We only share information with service providers and platforms needed to operate and promote Pickup Pilot, such as Etsy, USPS, Meta, and hosting providers, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You may ask to correct or delete your waitlist information, or opt out of launch emails, by replying to any message you receive from Pickup Pilot. You can also limit advertising cookies through your browser and Meta account settings. Additional contact information will be added before public enrollment opens.
