Waitlist only
Joining the Pickup Pilot waitlist expresses interest but does not guarantee access, a launch date, features, availability, or pricing. You may leave the waitlist at any time.
Third-party services
Pickup Pilot is an independent service and is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. or the United States Postal Service. Etsy and USPS rules, eligibility, availability, and service terms continue to apply.
USPS pickup
USPS Carrier Pickup is generally available at no additional pickup fee for qualifying shipments, subject to USPS requirements. Postage, Pickup on Demand, and other charges are separate where applicable.
No guarantee
Pickup requests and delivery timing depend on Etsy, USPS, internet, address, calendar, and package information. Sellers remain responsible for accurate labels, safe package placement, postage, deadlines, and confirming that a pickup was accepted.
Before launch
Complete service terms, cancellation rules, payment terms, support details, and limitation provisions will be provided before customers enroll in a paid plan.
